Athletes will compete across four competitive strokes — Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Backstroke — along with the demanding Individual Medley, which tests versatility as swimmers transition through all four disciplines.
From lightning-fast 50m sprints to the gruelling 1500m Freestyle, the programme offers an exciting variety of races designed to showcase the full spectrum of athletic talent in the pool, each competitor striving for a coveted place on the podium.
